Neil has been playing guitar since 1989. He has been singing as long as he can remember!
He states he's not sure if he is a guitarist who sings or a singer who plays the guitar, it all depends on how he's feeling on the day.
Neil is influenced by many styles of music and loves writing songs with different approaches. He especially enjoys being in a room with other musicians, plugging in and "seeing what happens". This is a return after 14 years so lets see what happens!
Ian Partis
Guitar, Vocals
Ian got his first guitar at aged 7 but didn't start to learn seriously until the age of 10. Heavily influenced by his dads
blues record collection he was exposed to great guitarists from an early age.
Ian is classically trained and has played in many bands over the years both covers and originals.
In 2005 he put together Bad Season along with Neil and Orb on the back of leaving a tribute band.
Ian still works as a guitar teacher and is greatly looking forward to what happens next for the band.

Bass Guitar
Ian started playing bass at age 16. His main influence at the time was John Deacon of Queen.
Over the years Ian has played in several cover bands but joined Bad Season in 2005 as it offered an opportunity to play original music.
Due to work commitments Ian had to part ways with the band in 2011 but left on good terms.
Fortunately due to a recent change in plans Ian found himself back in Hull and reunited with the other members of Bad Season in 2025. He is excited about the next chapter in the bands story.
